Frequently Asked Questions

Order Processing Time:
We strive to process and prepare your order for shipment within 7-14 business days after it has been placed. This time frame may vary during peak seasons or due to exceptional circumstances. 

Shipping Methods:
We offer door-to-door shipping.

Delivery Time:
The delivery time depends on the size of item ordered and location. Please note that delivery times can vary based on your shipping address and any unforeseen delays caused by shipping carriers. We provide estimated delivery times once your quotation is accepted and paid for.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a second email or whatsapp message letting you know when your item is out for delivery.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and the distance your piece is travelling. The applicable shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process.

Delivery Outside of Cape Town:
Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer delivery outside of Cape Town; however, you are welcome to collect your order from our Hout Bay location.
If you’d like a piece delivered elsewhere in South Africa, you can arrange your own courier using the product dimensions listed in the item description and thereafter make collection arrangements from our collection point.

International Shipping:
We do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Address:
Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete delivery information during the checkout process. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Failed Delivery Attempts:
If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the shipping carrier may leave a notice for further instructions or schedule a reattempt. Please follow the carrier’s guidelines to ensure successful delivery.

Damage or Loss During Transit:
In the rare event that your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our customer support team within a reasonable time frame to initiate a resolution. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
